Golf Course

The 18 hole course measuring 6114 yards from the White tees, par 69 with a Standard Scratch of 70, is not a long course by any means but due to the small greens, it is still a challenge. The current course record is 64. The River Rat meanders through the centre of the course coming into play on the 2nd par 3 hole which you have to play over the River to a well-protected green and the 5th hole one of the best holes on the course where the Rat runs parallel to the fairway on the left hand-side from tee to green for 400 yards. The river has enhanced the reputation of the course as a wet course unfairly in our opinion. You are however recommended to check the course condition after an exceptionally heavy downpour.

In the clubhouse, you will find a good selection of guest beers and bar food available each lunchtime.
